26 Jun Celebrating teamwork on Container Project

This weekend Deep honored the teamwork on the “Container Project” with an end of work party. The large scale operation that followed after hundreds of containers were lost by a container vessel passing the Dutch Wadden Islands, deserved a festive conclusion.

The day started with departure from Deeps head office; a touring bus brought us to the Port of IJmuiden where we boarded the Tender 1. Together with colleagues from our clients Ardent, BMT / Breamar and subcontractors Bluestream, Periplus, GeoXYZ, Breaveheart and Seazip we ran a fishing rod to reveal the true fisherman in ourselves. After a day of sea fishing, sun, beer and herring we returned to Amsterdam with the “catch of the day”. Back in Amsterdam we moored at a beautiful spot right behind Amsterdam Central station where we winded down with drinks and a BBQ.
