Project summary
Energinet is preparing the replacement of the existing cable system 400 kV power cables and an installation of a new cable system. Together with Ramboll, Deeps surveying team collected data along the cable route.
DEEP SEAPAL IN ACTION
We conducted a route survey using the Deep Seapal, a 20.2 m long vessel, equipped with a dual-head multi-beam echo-sounder (MBES) and an A-frame for towing sensors. The survey collected data on seabed features, with results tabulated alongside MBES, side-scan sonar (SSS), and magnetometer (MAG) images.
We were able to collect all the data within 16 days and our data team successfully provided all the necessary information to the client.
